Most conscientious, great follow through !

Laura is the best!! It is wonderful to deal with one agent that knows exactly what airlines seats, hotels, cars and vacation destination we like so there are no surprises. She is quick and responsive, incredibly reliable, and is a superstar when travel plans change (weather, trip changes, cancellations).

Best European Vacation!

Laura planned a fabulous trip for our family. We had the opportunity to visit Rome, Florence, Milan, the Tuscany countryside, Lake Como and Lugano, Switzerland. Every minute was well organized, fun and enjoyed by all. This isn't our first trip planned by Laura and definitely won't be our last!
